On the First Friday of every month, selected downtown art galleries, studios, and other businesses open their doors for the public to enjoy free of charge. With an eclectic array of styles and forms, this is one of the best ways to experience the artistic side of Indy. Hosted by the Indianapolis Downtown Artists and Dealers Association.

Marvelous place to go in Indy!
Several cities in the Midwest are having First Friday's in their art districts and in Indy this is great. It is a wonderful way to meet other gays without going to the bars, PLUS you can visit some interesting galleries and artwork.
