SOLD BAR TO NEW OWNERS !
To the redheads at the Varsity.... You two are awesome!!!! It's what the bar has needed for the longest time, just great people with (as Thomas would say) great energy! Jeremy is by far the best bartender who also sings karaoke while still tending bar and Thomas well he is just a dancing fool! The two together are enough enjoyment to watch that there is no other place you have to go for entertainment! To the new owner I have to say this.... These two are by far the best decision you have made to the bar! Thank you! Now let's see more of the redheads working the bar! Since you just opened the bar, I give you three stars! As there is more to look forward to!
Could be a great place
Other than this place needing a total remodel, this is a great bar. Good food and great bartenders. Love the history of this place
Scary Monsters
Oh my gosh turn on the lights - more trolls than people and ghetto outside...
Spent my birthday there.
I was just stopping in for a bite to eat before I went out to party on my birthday, well lets just say, that was as far as I got that night. I had a blast, the customers and bar staff and a couple of my friends was all I needed that night. Very well (not) planned night that went so right.Thank you Varsity for a memorable night.
Not safe
Had an unsafe experience with persons hanging out and following upon departure. If you must go, be careful!
